This notice explains what personal data is handled when you use the Chillout Bar Nitra website, submit a reservation request or use the protected administration area.

Operator and contact
The operator of the Chillout Bar Nitra website and the controller of personal data is Daniel Jambrich AUTODIELY VIKA, a natural person entrepreneur (sole trader), Company ID No. 41 648 587, with place of business at Janka Kráľa 2045/132, 949 01 Nitra, Slovakia. The entrepreneur is registered in the Slovak Trade Register maintained by the District Office Nitra under No. 430-26808.
The Chillout Bar venue is located at Kmeťkova 319/13, 949 01 Nitra, Slovakia. Questions and requests concerning personal data can be sent to chilloutnitra@gmail.com.
Data we handle
- For a reservation request: name, phone number, optional email, number of guests, date, time, seating location, optional note, language and technical data needed for secure submission.
- For administration sign-in: the authorised user's email, a hashed verification code, sign-in attempts, security records and session data.
- In your browser: the selected number of guests and reservation time are stored locally so the form can retain useful preferences.
- During normal website operation, hosting and security systems may process essential technical request data.
How we use the data
- to receive, review and respond to a reservation request
- to deliver an operational notification to staff and an optional message to the requester
- to secure administration access, verify authorised users and limit abuse
- to operate the website reliably, securely and in the selected language
Services and recipients
Data is available only to authorised Chillout staff and technical providers to the extent needed to operate the service. The website uses Vercel for hosting and files, PostgreSQL through Neon for database services, and Resend for email delivery. Public Instagram content is retrieved server-side through the Meta Instagram Graph API; this does not sign a visitor's browser into Instagram.
Links to Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook open external services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply only after you open the relevant link.
Retention
We keep data only for as long as needed to handle the request, operate securely and meet applicable obligations. Reservation and security records are currently reviewed and removed manually; the website has no automatic deletion based on a fixed period. A verification code is valid for 10 minutes and an administration session for no more than 24 hours. Providers may retain technical and delivery records according to the relevant service configuration.
Your rights
To the extent provided by applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability or object to processing. You may also contact the competent supervisory authority. The website does not use automated decision-making or profiling.
